Affiliate Program Regulations

These Regulations establish the conditions for participation in the Blend Beauty Affiliate Program.

By applying and participating in the Affiliate Program, the affiliate declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these conditions.

 

 

1. Program Organization

The Affiliate Program is promoted by Blend Beauty, owned by:

 

 

2. Objective

The Affiliate Program aims to promote products sold by Blend Beauty through recommendations made by affiliates.

 

 

3. Membership

Applications for the Program can be submitted through the platform provided by Blend Beauty.

Membership is subject to approval by Blend Beauty, which may accept or reject any application without needing to provide a reason.

 

 

4. Platform Management

The Program is managed through the UpPromote platform.

The affiliate acknowledges that sales registration, commission calculation, results monitoring, and payment requests are made through this platform.

 

 

5. Links and Promotional Codes

Upon approval, the affiliate may be assigned:

  • a personalized link;

  • one or more promotional codes.

These elements are exclusively for the promotion of Blend Beauty and may not be used fraudulently or deceptively.

 

 

6. Commissions

Commission percentages may vary depending on the affiliate, promotional campaigns, or specific agreements made with Blend Beauty.

The applicable conditions will be communicated individually through the UpPromote platform or by other appropriate means.

The commission will be calculated on the value actually paid for the products, after applying promotional discounts, excluding shipping costs.

 

 

7. Commission Approval

The commission will only be considered earned when:

  • the order is fully paid;

  • there is no fraud;

  • the order has not been cancelled;

  • it has not been returned;

  • the applicable legal return period has ended.

Until then, commissions may remain pending.

 

 

8. Commission Payment

Approved commissions will be paid by the 10th of the month following their approval.

Payments will only be made when the affiliate's available balance is equal to or greater than €25.00.

Lower amounts will accumulate until this minimum value is reached.

 

 

9. Own Purchases

Unless otherwise indicated by Blend Beauty, the affiliate may use their own affiliate code or link for their purchases.

 

 

10. Advertising

The affiliate undertakes to promote Blend Beauty ethically, transparently, and in compliance with applicable legislation.

Without prior written authorization from Blend Beauty, it is prohibited to:

  • conduct paid campaigns using the Blend Beauty brand or distinctive brand signs in search engines;

  • create paid ads on social media using the brand's identity;

  • use misleading practices or practices likely to mislead consumers.

 

 

11. Spam

The use of promotional practices considered abusive is prohibited, including:

  • mass sending of unsolicited messages;

  • email spam;

  • spam through messaging applications;

  • use of bots or automated dissemination systems.

 

 

12. Brand Use

The affiliate undertakes to respect the identity, image, and reputation of Blend Beauty.

The use of logos, photographs, videos, or other content provided by Blend Beauty must comply with the guidelines communicated by the brand.

 

 

13. Suspension or Exclusion

Blend Beauty may suspend or exclude an affiliate if it verifies non-compliance with these Regulations, abusive use of the Program, or any behavior likely to harm the brand.

Whenever possible, the affiliate will be given an opportunity to provide clarifications before the final decision.

 

 

14. Program Changes

Blend Beauty reserves the right to change the rules of the Affiliate Program, including commission percentages, campaigns, or benefits, upon prior communication to affiliates.

Changes do not have retroactive effects concerning commissions already definitively earned.

 

 

15. Program Termination

Blend Beauty may suspend or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, without prejudice to the payment of commissions already definitively approved and due to affiliates.
